Shipping

We ship within Australia ONLY.

The following terms only apply for items purchased online. 

Please note our in store policy is different. 

Shipping - We Use Australia Post Satchels with signature required (most post codes are covered for next day delivery, please use Australia post website to find out if your post code is covered for this service).

Standard shipping for orders over the value of $100 are free. Orders under $100 will incur a $10.00 standard delivery charge.

We also offer express shipping. Orders under $100 will incur a $15.00 fee for express delivery, Whilst orders over $100 will incur a $10.00 charge.

Please note that our offer of free shipping does not extend to customers using a credit note.

Once your product is packed and dispatched we will send you an email, with a tracking number.

If you select' in-store pick up', please allow at least 24 hours for your item to be available for pick up. Alternatively, you can contact Nida Ve Ben to discuss arranging earlier pick-up, if possible. Ensure you have your order confirmation available when picking up your purchase (printed or via mobile).

Returns

As per our returns policy, all full-priced items are valid for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase with receipt evidence. Returned items will be issued with a store credit or exchange, based on the customers preference (please see policy for exchanges below).

NOTE: Returns on sale items are NOT permitted, unless faulty.

All returns should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer, at the customer's own expense. Nida Ve Ben does not cover returns cost.

In order to apply for a refund/exchange/store credit, please contact nvbboutique@gmail.com with a reason for return, and patiently wait upon instructions.

Store credits are valid for 6 months upon issue.

Direct exchanges will only be accepted if the customer wishes to exchange the garment for a different size. Alternatively, if the customer requires a different item, a store credit must be requested, and then purchased via a separate order.
